A Just a simple turning project, started out with a 3-1/4" cube of Walnut, finished with Danish Oil and Shellac. Caps are from PSI, still have a few more left.

Thanks for looking and comments are always welcome and appreciated.

Looking great Eric!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Petey, thanks. PSI = Penn State Industries.

Ryan, thanks. Been wanting to get back out to the shop and create some dust. Starting to get some handles designed for a set of chisels that have been sitting in the cabinet for the past year, along with the wood.

Nice work! I finally won a battle against my temptation to try wood turning but again, I'll stay away from PSI...

Nice work, look great.
Glad you posted this, I've been thinking about a lathe project lately, and anything that smells good is a favorite of the wife. Gonna earn me some points with these, thanks for the idea.

*TONY ** Reinholds* ALWAYS REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN

Nice job.

I keep thinking I want to make some of these, then I remember I don't like the smell of potpourri.
Yrti, thanks. Fire up the lathe, quick projects most of the time.

Jim. thanks. The Walnut grain is wonderful, more so with the wonky grain in the one.

OldTool, thanks. There are always ideas on here, reason for watching. Working on some chisel handles now if I can come up with a nice design that is comfortable in the hand.

Ivan, thanks. Fun projects.

Tony, thanks. Sometimes I turn something fun and easy. I want to try a multi-axis.

Mike, thanks. The bowl could be used for something else like lose change.

I have a piece of walnut waiting to become something. I think I just found it. Nice work!
Steve, thanks. I went to visit kids last month and picked up a few long turning blanks Maple and Walnut 2" and 3" blanks. I I'm thinking about some salt cellars for a project now.
