Wooden Combo Lock Box

I made this for one of my grandsons who is very inquisitive and wants to know how things work!  I made it out of Birch and Walnut using a design for the mechanism that I purchased on-line from a very talented wood-worker named Mathias Wandel (see video below).   The design for the box enclosure and the use of a plexiglass face to see how it works was mine.
