My first T&J model affectionately known as "Digger".

Boys and Girls,

This was the first model I built and was posted at LJ on May 26, 2016.  I have recently noticed that a lot of images went AWOL during the upgrade debacle, I will be migrating all the remaining projects over here to bore yazall to tears… but I’ll make me gruntled.

3DW model,

Sorry about the lack of verbage, my authoring was in it’s infancy back in 2016.

This was the mongrel that started my dog with a bone
obsession with T&J models.  It has been affectionately nicknamed "Digger", though I still haven't figured out why and I should have called it a gymnast on a cross beam.

I think that the first gallery picture is interesting as it is a collage of the Sketchup model, the real McCoy and finally Digger, all flashing similar poses.  That is followed by a few profile pictures for the police mug-shot gallery.

After a while into other T&J builds I found that I could enhance the models (at least in my thoughts) by cutting hex nuts on the laser (gave up trying to make them on the table and band saws after nearly loosing 2 fingers and a toe).

The following is the "before shot" prior to the retro-fit face-lift.
The face-lift "implants" (on the right),
Presenting the new look Digger after the face-lift (or as she-who-must-be-obeyed [note the tremor in the typing] calls it "new shoes"),

I gave birth to this model about 2 years ago and it is interesting to observe, that back then, there was ample room on the tabletop for my empty drinks paraphernalia as well as Digger.  I have since had to build two garages/cabinets for the vehicles and needless to say the drinks paraphernalia are still empty…

I shall try to post a few more pictures of my past built models, not to brag or try to compete with the fantastic output from other LJ members but rather to try compete with htl's quota of number of posts per day rather than number of days per post.

nice work duckie and remember, a picture is worth a thousand words !

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

I think I'd call it Scraper. Nice build.
Wow! Great job!!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Terrific work, Duckie.  I think the original was a masterful build but the "upgrades" have made it even more remarkable.  Did you enjoy the Digger build?
Thanks guys...

Pottzy, you forget that this is a multi-lingual site... some people can't speak pictures... I try to encourage multiculturalism.

GW, the one named Scraper is to follow.

Papa, all the model build are "enjoyable" though often frustrating. I thank my wallet (and RC's) that permits me to buy the tools that permit me to make them just a tad easier.
If you plan to go down that path and want a challenge, try the Gatto model as mastered by PJ....
If you're into Sketchup, here's a teaser (I haven't made it, yet),

Looks great Duck! I enjoy this particular build because for a short period in my younger days I operated one of these beasts. Started on a crew with a shovel in my hands, and the grader operator named Sonny was nice enough to let me practice on our lunch break. I eventually got my own grader for rough grading. It’s a blast to sit up high controlling a bank of levers on each side while you move tons of dirt. Your build brings back lots of memories.
Digger looks very much like a “Road Grader” a very essential machine for the dirt highways of outback Australia Ducky!

Very nicely constructed model Alex 👍🇦🇺

Also a great one. Made at the time when I started following you, and special for how you made the nuts.

So you were the sole bunny in the hole, that sweated blood, while your 10 workmates stood around in a circle smoking and talking football/basketball/hockey, or whatever kept their hands clean.

Nice job! My dad made one of those. I now have it on display at my home.
