Railroad Cart retirement present

The people from the rail yard that supplied all the parts for a railway public art sculpture contacted me for a retirement present for their Ceo.
It's kind of special as all of the parts are from out of the original local E & N railroad (the track itself is from the 1800's)
It uses railroad track, parts from a switch, an anchor plate and 1 railroad spike

That's an amazingly cool gift! Beautiful piece of art!
SO cute, well done!  I have a bag of those rail road spikes and I have no idea where they came from.  May have been in a box of stuff I got at a garage sale.  My co-workers call me the "garage sale / dumpster diving mama".    They caught me fishing out an old chair in the dumpster where I work.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Perfect rail cut getting that embossed name to show like that. Rest is pure art, excellent work and style!
Thanks. @ Yolanda, I made a public art sculpture for the city of Langford about 1.5 years ago. It was placed beside some train tracks at the city of an old train station (on Station Ave, Langford). I got to go dumpster diving at the railyard. So much cool stuff there! It's great as now I get to go down there whenever I need parts and help myself to dead inventory.
And I just realized I have posted that piece on here, I'll post it shortly

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".
