This is another Mesquite charcuterie board I made for the upcoming sale on Saturday.

It is 3/4" x 10" x 16" and finished with Walrus Oil cutting board wax.

Cheers, Jim

nice, i sure love that mesquite.

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

Never used Walrus Oil. I keep meaning to get some to try.

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Very nice.   The grain and color variations work nicely with the shape/design.

The Olympics are over...

no need to suck up to those froggies... you're allowed to call them cutting boards again!

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Nice looking cutting board / charcuterie board, playing it safe here, with the natural edge. At first glance I thought it was one board, the grain pattern looked continuous - until I enlarged the picture. Nice work on matching grain.

That should sell quickly - nice job!
Thank you all for the nice comments.
Hi Alex, the name Chrarcuteri still sells them!! If you put a lot of  real stone inlay in them, they will not be so good for cutting boards unless you like to sharpen knives a lot. This board had a 1/4" + wide crack in it and would have taken a lot of inlay material.

Hi , Tom. I bought that board with  big split down the center and just cut it out.

Coolio JIm!

Just enough sap wood and natural edge to keep it "country", should sell in the first hour!
Thanks, Bruce...I hope so!!
