Wine Rack

well my wine fridge died and i dont really store that much wine anymore so i decided rather than spend several hundred dollars, or more for a new one so i just built a wine rack instead. holds 50 bottles. most wine fridges make the racks too small for many wines like pinots so i made each slot 4"x 4" which will take any bottle, even magnums. H=4'6" x W=24" x D=12". made from mahogany. finish is Arm R Seal with 3 coats of satin lacquer. kinda empty now, time to filler up 😁

Looks great and a perfect fit for the space!
Superb design and work P!

Do you have to lift the bottles any to slide them out?

Just thinking some plumbers tape to secure it to the wall for when the "big one" shakes and sends your survival goods onto the floor!

Actually a working open framework for minimal wood use and nice display pedestal for your stuffed fish!
Very good design and execution.   Looks good also.

Looks nice pottz! Now to fill it up... right? 😋
Nice work. Really like the wood and design.  Lots of individual parts that came together perfectly. It looks great. I also like the decorative piece on the top. Bravo...
good job!  If its like here it gets consumed before it is stored long!  None the less a great build and design!

Great design Pottz, well thought out so as to accommodate any size bottle. You know that all the neighbors will be hanging out at your place now.
Great work.
Does the flying fish approve? That's a lot of small parts to mill up. Nice work
