I made a Toy Train for the Community Fundraiser

I used an old Wood Magazine plan as a be and have made it stronger along with more playable.

The carriages are 8" [200mm] and 9" [225mm] all using "scrap wood / Off cuts" from my furniture maker friends Living Timbers in Penrith.

All the axles articulate with shop bought wheels & axle pegs.

Thank goodness for Starboand CA which made the assembly so much easier.

 Something like a 25 - 30 hour project.

A terrific make and a wonderful add to the fundraiser.  You did really well, my friend.    I've made that build from Wood Magazine and it is a nice playable toy.  Someone is going to love it.
