Spirit bottle
This project is 11” tall and 4” wide. the body and neck are made with 12 sections. The stopper is 6 pieces and is made with cedar, teak and wenge. I finished it with spray lacquer. The ball on the top wasn’t perfectly round and adding the stripes made it very obvious. So I mounted it at an angle so it was harder to notice.
I thought about coating the inside with epoxy so it could actually be used, but I decided against it.

Where is all the cat hair? In this house it is everywhere even though no cats for about 6 years. We just consider it a condiment in the food.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. You guys are always so supportive.
As for the pictures, I had two old golf carts that I couldn't get rid of. So I cobbled up something I could move around. Some old chrome table, legs attached to the golf carts with cardboard sides, and top. I lined the inside with black construction paper. I only use one overhead light. The light you see in the pictures was my ceiling light that was turned on so that I could take the picture. I use the foam core to bounce the light when I need to.

I like the slightly off kilter top, makes it look kinda jaunty. "perfectly" round is overrated.
