Outdoor Stool

I made this stool to reach the high stuff around the deck. The stool will live outdoors so I made it out of cedar and topped it with some of the Trex flooring used on the deck. I used Stainless screws everywhere and added some nylon feet so that the wood never sits in water. The cedar came from some 100 Yr old telephone poles that were begin cut  up at the local sawmill.  The sides are cut at 8 degrees and the corners are lock mitered.
The stool is 8'" x 12" and 8" high and finished with  a few coats of BLO.
Ivan, My mother would call this a "proochka" in Slovenian...What is it called in Croatian?

I took some process shots along the way:

Cutting the lock miters with a top guide to keee it from digging in at the last part of the cut

I cut a round rabbet cut with 3/4" ball router bit to make it easier to pick up the stool from the side
