My triplet grand son just got his bedroom remodeled. I made this knot board for the room.


Knots: Sheet bend; Reef knot; Clove hitch; Turkish jug-sling; Bowline; Eye splice.

Tor and Odin are the greatest of gods.

Thats really awesome. You know growing up we didn’t have the Internet to look at to remind us how to tie them. Wish I had one of them growing up.

Thanks for posting this a good reminder to teach the grand kids about knots may have to make some boards like this too .

That’s an excellent Idea Madts.
I agree, I wish I had one knot board growing up.
I never figured the different knots. It hits me hard when I try to tie cargo.
