I just shipped out two more plywood chevalets to Maryland and Texas. If this keeps up I’ll get the hang of it soon.
One of these was the fully assembled, tested, and broken down kit and the other was just the complete parts kit.
This is the first time I’ve actually crated and shipped a plywood model chevalet and it turns out they fit perfectly in a 12” X 12” X 48” box which is a very efficient use of sheet stock. All crated up they weigh in at just over 100 lbs.

how long does a build take?
About forty hours from scratch. Much less from a kit depending on how complete the kit is.
