Life is Just a Bowl of Grapes

I was inspired by the wood……spalted mango and koa from Kauai, HI.
I like the the color and highlights in the koa grapes.
Mango is a very good turning wood. I put the grapes in layers, overlapping the previous ones and then turning them flat before adding a layer.
After sanding, I finished with satin poly.
