Pineapple Stitch

One of my goals for the 14/14/14/ challenge was to try my hand at the pineapple stitch pattern

Another goal was to read a symbol pattern AND copy it to make my own creation.

I gave a shot at a doily but the pattern I was using wasn’t very clear and my attempt didn’t turn out great … so I looked for a different pattern and decided just to do the pineapple, rather than a doily, for my second attempt.

This one, although not perfect, turned out, well, like a pineapple!!
Now I am ready to turn it into … something! (as soon as my other three or four projects-on-the-go get completed!)
