What's Your Favorite Power Tool?

So, what’s your favorite power tool? Mine, the router. It’s SO versatile.

My second favorite tool? The drill.

If I could have only two power tools, they would be the router and the drill.

How about y’all?

In the following order:

- Table saw
- Dust collector
- Drum sander
- Jointer
- Hand held: Orbital sander, Driver, drill
- Router
- Planer
- Band saw
- Drill press
- Spindle/belt sander

Has to be my new Lugana 14-12 bandsaw. Since I have had it I have reduced the use of the table saw by 90 percent which is so much more dangerous in my mind since I sawed the end of my thumb off. Also with a thin blade it will compete with scroll saw. Router a close second.

Without a doubt my current favorite power tool is the new light system above our recently up-graded grinders. Accuracy is a lot easier when you can actually see what you’re doing.

Band saw and lathe. If both are well set up a person can stay very occupied with just the pair.
