Vampyre

I found a trapped vampire today. He was frozen in a tree. The tree was destined to heat my house. For some reason I decided not to burn the log but mill a board from it. The small plaque of wood sat on a shelf until today. I made a little stand to support my android tablet while I had my weekly chat with my old man back in Canada.

Everything was fine. I shaped and thicknessed and planed and glued. All good until I put the oil on. That’s when he arrived. I’m sure you can see him, just right of centre.
