tuned up the other mortise and tenons so I didn't have to use a lot of force to fit everything together.

Then I was able to get a good measurement on the cross brace to lay out the second tenon. Repeated the process cut those (had the machines setup still and the stop blocks) then fitted into place.

Better view of the holes on the bottom of the feet, connect the dots later and cut the waste out.
