Excellent Hairy!  I made some cutting boards a couple of years ago with a brick pattern and have wondered what else that pattern would work well for.  Question answered 😁

Extremely realistic looking hairy. Very cool idea and execution. Are the bricks as rough as they look or was that all done with paint? Impressive for sure.

I didn't sand too much, I think the mahogany went thru the drum sander at 80 grit. 

The top and base got finer sanding.
