Utensil Box

This is the gift box for the appreciation gift for Jeanne, our chef in the park. It is for the spoon and fork I posted earlier. The box is made from mesquite with a sliding lid and two holders for the utensils so it can be hung on the wall if needed. It is 2" x 8" x 14 1/4" and finished with Danish oil and clear satin lacquer.
The lettering was done by my neighbor Wayne on his XTool  CNC laser.

Beautiful grain and finish that you used. I wish I had someone around here that could do lettering like that. Excellent job.
Nice job and a very appropriate gift!
Thanks Mel and Steve.

Hi Mel. I hope I will be able to do some of this laser engraving later this year. Check our trophy shops by you, they may be able to do it for you.
