I made this box with all hand tools.
There's plenty of room for bit storage and placing the plane.

nice storage box rick. here's what i came up with.

Well now, that's very nice! I've tools in their plastic shipping cases that I'd like to upgrade. Took the jigsaw out of its plastic shipping/storage container awhile back and busted a thumbnail off all the way into the quick with the cheesy latch.

Ouch!.... that had to hurt! Upgrade is definitely a must.
plastic cases ! whatever happened to nice metal ones. hell now they give you a canvas bag ! a box like ricks is the way to go for a good quality tool.

Steve.... and that's only in one cupboard! Ha ha! I keep all my planes in boxes and found it almost eliminates rust. Some I even put silica gel packs in them. Thanks.
