Tuning Fork Storage Tube

I recently bought a 128Hz. Medical Tuning Fork to try to ease the arthritis in my hands. It does help by sending the vibrations into my fingers- especially both index fingers. So I have been thinking about a storage box for it and came up with about 4 designs. I made this one today. It holds the tuning fork and the little hammer I made to "tunk" it with. The tube is 1 3/4" x 2 1/4"  x 8 1/2"  and made from Beech wood. It beat out the other designs for simplicity and I did not have to buy any hinges. The top swivels open on a brass pin and locks with 2  10mm rare earth magnets. It is finished with clear satin enamel!

Nice design Jim. Never heard of this before. Interesting way to relieve arthritis
I 2nd what Corelz said.   Have not heard of that for help with arthritis.

live to tell the stories, they sound better that way

Nice storage solution.

You'll have to update us on the effectiveness of this for arthritis

Cool box! What frequencies work on feet, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, neck and/or back?

Neat tube JJ... like the magnet holding swing top lid.

I have a hammer

and a sterling silver fork

on a wooden board to ease the emptiness in my stomach... unfortunately it does nothing for my intestinal tubes and the midriff .

If your first cut is too short... Take the second cut from the longer end... LBD

Never heard of that! Elaborate, please!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Nice storage box Jim, very unique with the swivel lid. That's thinking outside the box.
