Excavator on wheels

While browsing through my projects here on Cartisian, I accidentally discovered that neither of my excavators were listed. So, here is the one on wheels.  Here is the one on tracks.  A lot of parts of the excavator can move.  For a drawing look at my website.

The body of this excavator is the same as from the on tracks one. So you can choose to mount either the tracks or the wheels underneath. Mix and match.

For this one I used Yellow Poplar (Tulip wood), Merbau, Wenge, Oak and Beech. The tyres are from ebonized oak.

For the chair there is a free downloadable drawing.

Below some more pictures. Thanks for watching.

Above are two digital ones.

Amazing details! These just stretch my mind as I think of the precision of each piece.
Extreme detail!   Every part would be a project in itself.    Just WOW!

I think I have too many projects on my hands right now. If every part were a project, I'd lose track. Oh..........this one is fortunately on wheels.
