Chain Mail End Grain cutting board
I have just finished this Chain Mail pattern cutting board. It's not perfect however it still looks good.
You have to be extremely accurate with every step to get the pattern to work.

Well, sir, you are still capable of high-quality woodworking. It may not be a scale model, but it is of a great quality, even though it is not perfect in your eyes.

The plans are American all in imperial measurement so the board is 16"X 12". The plans are available through Etsy.com and are produced by feldthousfamilywoodworks@gmil.com
The plans are around $50.00 NZ and for that you get a set of instructions to download (30 pages) and a video showing how it is done. Just be aware that more than 51% of the timber you need to start with ends up as waste.
