If there were no boundaries, like money or space, what power tool/machine/toy would you love to have in your workshop?

I’d like to have a dedicated finishing room, complete with an exhaust system. Probably with a large-ish walk-in oven for baking powder coat too!

Ryan/// ~sigh~ I blew up another bowl. Moke told me "I made the inside bigger than the outside".

Something to do all my sanding  !!!  lol
This!  Fo shure.  Thats the 18.

not really a tool YET but I would want a bigger shop then after that we would talk tools big enough that i could drive golf cart in and have a separate room for wood storage instead of 2 sheds 😍😎🤣

Verticle panel saw

Drawer Clamp

Maybe a UV Finish line:

Figuring out how to do something you have never done is what makes a good challenge.

maybe a shaper origin and a high powered laser and 3d printer. oh and someone that could figure out how to use em for me. im low tech 😂😎

working with my hands is a joy,it gives me a sense of fulfillment, somthing so many seek and so few find.-SAM MALOOF.

The next one on my list is a CNC. It would be a heck of a lot easier if the shop was bigger.

See .Gov for that.  Not a problem.

If we’re dreaming here y’all need to up your game!

I’ll take a 5-axis CNC machine.  Preferably a horizontal machine with a 60 tool magazine.

Gov doesn't take care of people like me. I can't sit around waiting on hand outs
A sliding table saw is definitely on my list of dream machines.  I don't even want one with automated controls.  I deal with enough technology on my day job.  Something like a Felder K740 would suit me just fine.

Of course with that dream machine would have to come a much larger dream shop to hold that saw plus another smaller saw for dados and small work with a cross cut sled.

Hey Pottzy, "over there" it seems your friend D_W can't get Laguna to fix his laser so he is going to gen a new one and dump the Laguna.

It's a decent machine, why don't you give him a call or trek over to AZ and pick it up???? 😂

+1 to this - I was looking through videos on the YouTubes and drooling over them the other day. I'd also need a significantly larger work space for one, too.
Hmmm, as much space as I need (#1), but then perhaps a glue up clamping system, slider, super wide belt drum sander, etc. When I bought my Powermatic bandsaw at auction, I got to wander around the cabinet factory. I'll take it all!

Me? Joking?
Hahahahaha, I never joke about stuff like that 😀

Seriously, you should go visit the Duck Down Under for a week. He'd get you up to speed on the technical stuff and you  two could share a glass (or two). Would be good for the soul. At least with some training and a simple laser (laser pointer) dancing a spot around the patio,  you could wake up Sedona from her comfy chair as she thinks "WTF?"

Also, someone really needs to get some eyes on the LBD den of puzzlement. Some here believe it is all an elaborate movie set, kinda like the moon landings. Who knows, maybe you can swap for some of that Festool booty (if there really is any) or get a complementary animal night shirt and become an honorary member of the Duck guild. Pink boots only for the "premium members" I suppose. 🙂
oh geez splint thats one club i dont think i wanna join. i can only imagine what the indoctrination would be ?
