Sofa Back Table

It's been a while, I thought I'd share one of my latest projects.

It all walnut with 2 toned color.  Pre-cat Lacquer finish
This is going to wrap the back and side of a sofa.
One of the design issues is the space on the right side where they're will be a piano.
There will also be 2 stools for the table area that will have a walnut base to match.

I also built a baby changing table (last pic)

Thanks for looking.

Really unique project - very customized (and with such pretty walnut!)!  Am I understanding correctly that that middle section will be like a bar area so the stools will pull up for the people to face the couch?  Are you making the stools as well?
Thanks Everybody,

Splint - The tops are 8/4 Walnut , black stain, Pre-cat (dull rubbed) finish

BB1 - Yes the stools will be under the middle section.  Although, on the right side will be a black piano, so I figure the stools will be pulled out but probably face the piano when being used.
I'm going to make the bases for the stools but the upholstery will be done by someone else.

Interesting seeing what those with $$$$$$ spend it on. You once again show us why you keep getting the calls from the designers. They know you can deliver.

That changing table looks big enough to go into service at a Nursery, with a lot of dirty bottoms.

Bent love your work!

This is a good example

Thanks for clarifying.  Please post the stools too when you finish - interested to see your design for the bases.
Bently,
Flawless.  Will you let us get a peak at what it looks like with the stools, couch and piano?

Very nice, beautiful craftsmanship!
Good to see you back Bently, you've really mastered that pre-cat finish, it looks amazing.
Do you have any difficulties matching walnut where you are? Whenever I've bought it in the past the variation in colour has been massive from one board to the next, or do you stain to get an even colour? Also, are your panels solid or veneered sheet material?

Doing the best I can with what I've got

Thanks again!
I appreciate you all taking your time to look and comment.

BB1 -  The stools are getting upholstered. The base is just a 2" high walnut box.  Not sure if I will be back again after I deliver the other furniture. And L/W,  I'll get some pics when I set it up at the house.

Renners - This walnut is stained, but normally the color can be all over the place.  I usually go through the whole pile to get consistent boards. I have dealt with the lumber company for so long they will pull a fresh unit down if I ask them to. But I don't abuse that favor unless I'm desperate.
The panels are veneer over plywood core.
