Strawberry Cup Holder

I started making another bottle bag but ran out of steam on this strawberry stitch pattern.
It’s lovely but wasn’t having a whole lot of fun.(I like to be able to crochet without too much concentration). I wouldn’t want to do it for something large.. unless I really, really really wanted the effect.

I used some leftover yarn, to try it out… the pink yarn is a much lighter weight than the green. Perhaps this is why I found it so challenging and not as rewarding. I kept wishing I had had a light-weight green yarn!
