Map with pins for members

I would have no idea how to start to do it, but on some other sites they have a map with pins showing where the members live. You could still remain anonymous, no address details or even your real name if you didn’t want to share any personal information. Since we are a global community, it would very interesting to see where everyone is from. Who knows we might have a convention some day! Just a thought.

Sounds like a good way to see the “family” at a glance. I like it.

I like it too.

Tor and Odin are the greatest of gods.

Me too, I like it. But like you I have no idea how to do it. For reference I live in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Canada.

http://www.pinmaps.net/mymaps/ might be an option. I kind of remember a map, one of my airplane groups used, that went by Frapper, but didn’t find it. People had the choice to pin themselves, so they controlled the accuracy of their pin.

I am in Roanoke, Va., located at the extreme southern end of the Shenandoah Valley. If any of you ever find yourself in the area you would be most welcome.

I just joined the site, but love it already. I know several computer geeks from my work in schools. Who would be the contact person if one of my friends has the solution to Jack’s good suggestion?

Eastern Washington- any are always welcome.

To get to my place, you have to go out into the country, then out to the sticks, then on to the boondocks, then on to where they have to pipe the sunlight in, then only about 4 more miles. I don’t care who knows where I live. Ya gotta really want to be here to get here
