Well the doors are all glued up and routed. I sanded them to 150 but I qant to go to 180 before putting on the tung oil. Then im heading to slot the top of the carcase’s to accept the lag bolts to attach the main top. Then moving onto sanding the face frame and going to finish the interior of the carcases before I install the drawer rails. Here are the pictures of the doors

Space balls installed to controll expansion and contraction of panel also t aid in no rattle.

Picture above sanded to 150 + edge profiled

Very nice work Jeff. I have a similar wood recycling friend sharing my shop when she isn’t allowing me to drive her in the truck. But she’s on the down swing this winter, 14 years for a large dog is a long time. I love your choice of woods for the doors, great work.

Great work Jeff. The doors are outstanding.
I am sure the wood inspector check them all including the soundness of the wood and gave you an A+; great looking dog.

Lol… yeppers, the inspector is chewing on a part of the door that failed. (Truth). Lol.
Yes Thorreain 14 yrs is a long time I hope she’ll hang in there as long as she can. Its really hard when that time comes.
Thanks for all the comments
