New tagging system with autocomplete
Adding those simple tags to your posts can be a tedious task at times. It’s an important task though, because relevant tags make your posts so much easier to find through our new search.
To make tagging easier and more convenient we’ve revamped our tagging system. It now uses the same powerful search engine for the suggestions and autocomplete as soon as you start typing in the tags input field:
Make sure you add relevant tags to all your posts from now on.

Nice one Martin. Is there an automatic way to carry tags from an initial blog post through all the segments?
The early bird gets the worm but its the second mouse that gets the cheese.

Paul, they are auto-suggested from all the site-wide tags everytime you begin typing a new tag. Relevance, typos, tag popularity – all of these are taken into account.

Cool, now if we could just get a “Pulse” feature. I’d be all over that. LOL ;)
Figuring out how to do something you have never done is what makes a good challenge.
