I cut this sleigh and reindeer quite a few years ago. I actually made 7 copies If I remember correctly and we painted them along with a lot of other cut out figures and ornaments at our annual Christmas workshop with our grandkids and their cousins. Everybody used the colors they wanted and there were some interesting variations! The third photo is one of the originals that we sent to my DIL in Sweden so she could paint it and hers is probably the most authentic paint job as the sleigh is a Swedish design.

That’s a lot of cutting, but I don’t think it was enough. Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen. And the most famous reindeer of all . . . Rudolph.

Thanks Jim. We set it up every Christmas and it brings back fond memories of the time spent with our grandkids when they were small. It seems like yesterday, but now the boys are in high school and my granddaughter is 21 and going to university. Where did all those years go?
