Cantilevered sewing box
Sewing box is also for my sisters-in-law, to go with her spool rack. Made from maple I used General Finishes prairie wheat jell coat and water based top coat. Still got some splotching with the maple even with a couple coats of shellac. Thanks for looking.

Nice, Jack. WAY beats what passed for a sewing box around my place. Nice enough to leave out on top too (obviously).
